NanoBanana-2-1.com FAQ
How do I manage my NanoBanana-2-1.com credits or delete my account?
NanoBanana-2-1.com sells one-time credit packs alongside optional monthly plans, so if you stay on packs there is no subscription to cancel and your credits never expire. Go to your billing settings to see your balance and purchase history. To delete your account, open Settings ā Security.
Why did my image generation fail?
Common reasons: overly long or complex prompts, real people or copyrighted characters in prompts and reference images, or sensitive content. Prompts are also subject to the content policies of the model provider that runs the generation.
Will a failed or blocked NanoBanana-2-1.com generation consume credits?
Requests blocked by the content check before generation starts are not charged. After a job starts, credits are returned for technical failures, timeouts, and other failures unrelated to a confirmed content-policy violation. If a confirmed violation causes the model to refuse the request or the generated result to be blocked, credits are not returned to accounts without a qualifying paid order (successfully paid and not fully refunded or charged back); accounts with one receive a full credit return. Your task history shows the final credit outcome. If you think a block was a mistake, contact support. If a credit return is missing or delayed, email us with the time of the attempt.
Can I get a refund for my NanoBanana-2-1.com purchase?
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any credits for generation since that purchase. Once credits have been used, we do not offer a partial refund of the remaining balance. Email us your order number. Statutory rights that apply in your country are not affected.
How do I report a NanoBanana-2-1.com bug or issue?
