Image generation on nanobanana-2-1.com is performed by Google's Nano Banana 2.1 model, accessed through a third-party commercial API. The model name is used on this site only to describe which model produced an output; it does not indicate any partnership. Questions about a model's capabilities, training data, or licensing terms should be directed to that model's provider.

NanoBanana-2-1.com is solely responsible for your account, billing, content policy, and support on nanobanana-2-1.com.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent you have authority to bind that entity.

•Is sexually explicit or pornographic in any form

•Shows nudity or sexual acts, whether real or AI-generated

•Sexualizes minors in any way (strictly prohibited and reported to the authorities)

•Shows graphic violence, gore, or other disturbing imagery

•Is obscene, hateful, harassing, or otherwise harmful to others

•Is misleading, false, or inaccurate

•Violates applicable laws or regulations

•Infringes intellectual property rights

•Includes unsolicited promotions

•Shares personal details without consent

Uploads and generated results are checked automatically. Content that breaks these rules is blocked or removed without notice.

⚠️ A violation can lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account, and may be reported to law enforcement where the law requires it.

The NanoBanana-2-1.com name, logo, site design, and software are owned by NanoBanana-2-1.com. These Terms do not grant you any right to use them.

Certain features require payment. Credits are sold as one-time credit packs and as monthly or annual subscriptions, and credits do not expire. You agree to pay all applicable fees. We may change prices with notice; changes never affect credits you already own.

Payments are collected by NanoBanana-2-1.com and processed by Stripe. Your card statement will show a descriptor associated with NanoBanana-2-1.com. We do not store your full card details — they are handled entirely by the payment processor.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Site or by sending you a notice through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modifications.
